September 2025 haben wir gemeinsam mit Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz Z\u00fcrich\/Z\u00fcriWC, Eawag und dem neuen Spin-off ogmo den Nutrient Harvester eingeweiht \u2013 eine modulare Technologie, die aus Abwasser D\u00fcnger gewinnt und die Toilette unabh\u00e4ngig vom Kanalnetz macht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schon ein \u00abBr\u00fcnzle\u00bb reicht f\u00fcr 3 R\u00fcebli \u2013 N\u00e4hrstoffe sind eine Ressource, kein Abfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Tag der offenen Technikt\u00fcr kamen Fachleute aus Verwaltung, Forschung, Sanit\u00e4rindustrie, Recht und Verb\u00e4nden zusammen, um \u00fcber die Sanit\u00e4rversorgung der Zukunft zu diskutieren und einen Blick hinter die Kulissen des Z\u00fcriWCs zu werfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein grosses Dankesch\u00f6n an alle, die dabei waren und mitgestaltet haben:<br>Michel Riechmann, David Hasler, Kai Udert, Udo Heinss, Marc Wanger, Louise Carpentier, ogmo, Eawag, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz Z\u00fcrich \u2013 und besonders an die <a
