Touring exhibition about water and nutrient cycles
Flushed and gone?
A person's daily excrement contains enough nutrients to grow three carrots or the grain for 2.5 baguettes - a treasure that is flushed into the depths of our sewage system with drinking water. How can we utilise these resources and use water sparingly?
The Flushlight exhibit will get to the bottom of these questions from spring 2024, bringing innovative solutions such as composting toilets, urine-based fertilizers and water recycling to the stage across Switzerland.
